It's yours now.
The build is live, the manual work is gone, and as of today everything in this package belongs to you: the accounts, the data, the keys, the documentation. This page is the receipt. Keep it somewhere your whole team can find.
What runs now.
Your accounts, your data, your keys.
Everything below is in your name, under your control, as of the handoff date. I keep nothing.
my access was removed on the handoff date. nothing routes through me, nothing renews through me.
The docs, in plain language.
One page, one diagram: the Clean Plan with every step explained. Start here for new hires.
What each column means, who updates what, and what replaced the master spreadsheet.
Where the templates live and how to edit them without breaking the sequence.
How to change the workflow without quietly re-creating the manual work.
delivered as PDFs + a shared folder on the handoff date. lost them? ask, resending is free forever.
You'll hear it from the system, not a customer.
- Check the alert email. It names the exact step that failed and usually the fix.
- Check the shared order list. If orders are landing there, the core path is fine.
- Try the "resend" button named in the alert. Most hiccups are one click.
- Still stuck? Email me. During the watch period I fix it free; after that, small fixes are small invoices.
Watch for the four flags.
Manual work grows back the same way it grew the first time. If you spot any of these creeping in, that's the moment to act, not six months later.
If anyone starts re-typing or copy-pasting between systems "just this once", stop and ask why. The answer is usually a 20-minute fix, not a new habit.
If work starts waiting on one person's inbox again, the workflow has grown a step nobody designed. Check the "adding a step safely" doc.
If a new side-spreadsheet appears that only one person understands, that's the old manual work sprouting. Fold it into the shared order list instead.
If the numbers in the daily summary drift from what you expect, don't shrug. Something is falling through quietly. The summary exists so nothing can.
The plan made estimates. Here's what actually happened.
measured from your live data between Jul 25 and Sep 7, these replace the plan's estimates.
Confirm the handoff.
One click confirms you've received everything in this package: the access, the docs, the keys. If anything's missing or unclear, hit the red button and I'll make it right before we call this done.
