What you send, I keep
When you send your process, I store what you gave me: your name, your email, the description of your process, and any workflow map or interview answers you add in the workroom. It lives on the Clean Workflows server and is used for exactly one thing: doing the work you asked about.
AI drafting
The starting map and interview questions are drafted by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). Your process description and map are sent to Anthropic's API to generate those drafts; under their commercial terms that data isn't used to train their models. Same advice as on the form: don't include passwords, customer records, or anything else sensitive.
You'll get emails about your own work: your workroom link, your clean path when it's ready, build updates, and the occasional reminder if something's waiting on you. There is no newsletter, no marketing list, and your address is never sold or shared.
No tracking
No analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies. Your workroom and plan pages use private links, treat those URLs like a password and they stay yours.
Seeing or deleting your data
Email hello@cleanworkflows.com and I'll show you everything on file or delete it, your call. Deleted means deleted, not archived.
